Q: What is the cost of Live Illustration?

Q: How many portraits can you complete at one event?
A: Each couple portrait takes around 10-12 minutes to complete, estimating 6-8 couple portraits to be completed each hour. It should be noted that portraits are completed on a first come first serve basis, there is a possibility that not every guest would receive a portrait. To complete as many guests as possible, I try to limit the portraits to a maximum of two people. If you would like me to complete all guest requests, I will finish them at home and deliver them to you within 3 weeks as an add-on. These can then be sent with Thank You cards or personally distributed by you.
Q: What will guests receive?
A: Guests will receive a custom portrait on high quality 4x6 A6 cardstock paper packaged in a protective, plastic sleeve.
Q: What do we need to provide at our event?
All I will need is a large table, at least 4 feet long, with 1 chair near an outlet to be able to work during your event. All creative materials will be provided.
Q: Can the paper be customized?
A: Yes! I can have your artwork, logo, or phrase professionally printed for an additional fee. Please provide at least 60-day notice before your event.
Q: Which package would best suit my wedding day?
A: The number of hours I’ll need to be on-site depends on the size of your wedding or event and how many guest illustrations you’d like completed. For cevents with around 60–80 guests, I typically recommend a 4‑hour booking. Events with 100 or more guests usually benefit from 5–6 hours of coverage. For guest counts of 200+, adding the finish‑at‑home package is the best way to ensure everyone receives an illustration. Any remaining portraits will be completed after the event and mailed to you, so you can hand them out personally or include them with your thank‑you cards.
